One Step Quality Care is an intensive in-community provider that began in 2018. We are a fast growing diverse team of professionals that are passionate about the work we do. One Step Quality Care is seeking LICENSED level and bachelors level professionals to provide in-home services to children and their families in the state of New Jersey. We are looking for individuals that can join us in our mission to be a lead provider of in-home services. The agency services a range of clinical issues which include but are not limited to difficulty managing anxiety, anger, depression, family conflict, attention/focus problems, school issues and truancy, sexual abuse and childhood trauma, substance use, attachment problems. Clinicians that have experience with sexual abuse, autism, hearing impaired, developmental disabilities, substance use, and trauma strongly encouraged to apply. Bi-Lingual clinicians are also encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and family therapy.
- Aid children and families by addressing a range of behavioral issues
- Develop goals with child and family and create treatment plans
- Complete weekly progress notes and collaterals after each encounter
- Provide psychoeducation to child and family
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- User level computer skills
- Knowledgeable of word and excel
This position is fee for service. Hours are flexible and our rates are highly competitive, $80.00-$85.00 an Hr. for LCSW, LPC, LMFT level clinicians, $65.00 an hr. for LAC/ LSW level clinicians, $35.00 an hr. for behavioral assistants (bachelor’s degree required). Only New Jersey licensed clinicians will be considered for clinical positions.
Positions are offered in the following New Jersey counties: Burlington, Middlesex, and Mercer **LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist REQUIRED for clinical positions in Mercer and Middlesex

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree for Behavioral Assistant position
- Must have Licensure for Licensed position: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Driver’s License and registered vehicle.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Willing to travel.
- Dependable, creative and enjoys helping others.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
